IDG renovated a portion of the 5th Floor of the Presbyterian Hospital Building for the Department of Anesthesiology, approximately 2,100sf.
Work included gut renovation of the Chairman's office, including new entry doors, new flooring, exposed brick, new ceiling with new lighting, new audio-visual equipment installation and new furniture.
Cosmetic renovation was also done of the remainder office suite, including new wall paint, flooring, replacement of lighting in the same location, replacement of ceiling tile and painting of the grid. Pantry millwork was also replaced.
