IDG worked with White Plains Hospital to renovate an existing storage zone to become the new in-patient physical rehab therapy suite. Careful considerations and studies were conducted to ensure adjacent procedure suites wouldn't be disrupted by the new programs. The design process included incorporating program adjacencies and finish decisions to provide WPH with a tranquil escape for their patients. Neutral warm tones with pops of color are a departure from the traditionally clinical environment surrounding the rehab suite. The new space achieves the goal of providing patients with an intimate, calming environment in which to work on bettering themselves.
