IDG refreshed 30+ student and faculty apartments totaling 30,000SF of residential work at Columbia University stretching from Riverside Drive to Morningside Drive. Interior work focused on reconfiguring the circa 1920s apartment layouts to optimize space and introduce an open concept to the once compartmentalized units.
Renovations for the apartments included new partitions, new floor and wall finishes, new lighting, new kitchen layout with new cabinets and appliances, and new bathroom finishes and fixtures.
